Dear Friends,
Wow! Spring flew off, and we’re staring down July! I hope you all have at least one great outdoor adventure planned in these beautiful mountains for these languid days. I’m trying to savor every sweaty moment, because you know they’ll be gone just too darn quick!

It was a busy Spring for Asheville Goods! In April, we moved our packing and shipping space to the heart of west Asheville just off Haywood Road at 7 Brevard Road. Asheville Goods is lucky to be sharing the new address with Asheville Tea Company. Lovely Jessie Dean will be blending her delicious teas at our location. And the scent is delightful! We hope this entrepreneurial collaboration will bring us new customers and expand the reach for our respective products. And yes, Asheville Goods will have a Tea Box soon!

We’re still getting things squared away at the shop, but we’re ready to invite you all in and celebrate the new space on Saturday, July 14 from 4-7. We’ll have tea and product tastings and door prizes! Many of the Makers of the delicious goods will be stopping in as well, so come tell them in person how much you like their products! We’ll also raffle a huge gift basket of Asheville Goods products, teas, and bonus items. The raffle will benefit the wonderful work of the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservatory. Jessie and I will be in the shop starting at 11 on the 14th, if you’d like to stop in and say hello, but can’t make it to the celebration later in the day.

Our focus for Asheville Goods will still be gift boxes, but we’re going to tip toe into mini-retail by having a few set hours for couple days a week for walk-in sales of boxes and individual products, as well as for folks who want to see the products or design their own boxes.

We were only able to make this move because of all of you, the wonderful customers of Asheville Goods! I thank you very much for your support over the past 6 years! Especially to all the repeat customers, who remember Asheville Goods for many occasions. I hope you’ll bring a friend or coworker to our opening and help me spread the word about Asheville Goods. My mission has always been to tell the story of Asheville’s thriving artisan community through the distribution of it’s unique and high-quality goods, providing recipients with an authentic Asheville experience.

I’m looking forward to meeting you! See you on the 14th!

All the best, Celia
