Jill Wasilewski is the owner and founder of Ivory Road Cafe & Kitchen in Arden, which opened in August of 2016. After earning her Baking & Pastry Arts degree at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, she traveled the world in an attempt to learn, see, and taste as much as possible! She has worked in kitchens from Melbourne, Australia to Washington, DC to rural Guatemala and many locations in between. She’s now thrilled to call Asheville home, and hopes to stick around for awhile!
