Hector is the executive chef and owner of the Diaz Restaurant Group.

Known for his Latin-Caribbean fare at Salsa’s in downtown Asheville, Hector Diaz and his team grow and smoke the habaneros in this signature, small-batch sauce.

His other restaurants in Asheville are Modesto and Café Bomba.
