Their passion is to reconnect eaters with their food sources, allowing folks to experience how food is created. They seek to restore true craft in a high-tech, mechanized world, working in the medium of everyone’s favorite food: chocolate! Inspired by the artisan traditions of the Appalachian region, Black Mountain Chocolate is hand-crafted from the cocoa bean. They don’t just melt and mold industrial chocolate, like so many other brands, but instead work in small batches to coax the maximum flavor from each and every ethically-sourced cocoa bean.
